I don't think I have had anyone change my mind about a ship, but I have been introduced to a few ships by other fans. I found Kabby because quite a few Caryl shippers also shipped Kabby. And I found Raquel/Sergio (Lisbon/The Professor) from La Casa de Papel, because some Kabby fans also shipped them, etc.

C: A pairing you wish you shipped, but just can't.

Sam/Eileen, I like them both, but not together. It also might have been easier if I shipped Jon/Dany, but those two characters/actors had zero chemistry

D: What was the first thing you ever contributed to a fandom?

I didn't get into writing fic until about 5-6 years ago, my first fic was this little angsty Jaime/Brienne fic. Years before that I was part of an X-Files club where we would watch episodes together and then have discussions after, are discussions contributing to fandom? Maybe.

E: Have you added anything stupid/cracky/hilarious to your fandom, if so, what?

I've made a couple cracky vids:
Kirk is the Reason - a short little vid about Kirk and his many lady loves
Swear Jar - a tiny cracky vid about Arya Stark's kills

F: What’s the longest you’ve ever been in a fandom? What fandom was it?

Star Trek, I wasn't always active in the fandom, and I come and go, but Star Trek has been a part of my life since I was a kid

G: What was your first fandom?

If we are talking media fandom than probably Star Trek or X-Men

H: Do you prefer real-life TV shows or animated TV shows?

Real-life mostly, but I do occasionally watch animated shows

I: Has the internet caused you to stop liking any fandoms, if so, which and why?

Not really, there have been a few crazy fandoms I have been a part of, but I mostly distance myself from, or block fans who cause unnecessary wank . I also tend to ship small/rare pairs, with a few exceptions, and I usually just find mutuals that like the same things and stick to those little pockets of the internet

J: Name a fandom you didn’t care/think about until you saw it all over the internet.

The 100, I avoided it for a long time because I thought it was only about teens, but when I saw gif sets of the adult characters I decided to give the show a chance, and really loved it for a few seasons

K: How do you feel about the other people in your current fandom(s).

The people I interact with are great, like I said before I try to ignore the wankers

L: Your favorite fanartist/author gives you one request, what do you ask for?

I would love Samwena art, I did bid on some artists for the Fandom for Australia auction, but the bids got too high for my blood

M: A person who got you into a fandom and what fandom they pulled you in to.

I can't think of one specific person, like I said above I have followed a group of fans to other fandoms before

N: Your favorite fandom (for the people; not the thing you fangirl over)

I follow some great people from some awesome fandoms, but every one of those fandoms does have issues. I will say I think the most chill fandom I was a part of was Elementary, some people liked Joan & Sherlock as platonic life partners and some people liked them as romantic partners, and everyone seemed to get along fine, at least in my experience

O: Choose a song at random, what ship does it remind you of?

I picked a random song from my weekly discover playlist on Spotify and I got Let's Get Lost by The Lovers, it reminds of Caryl (Carol/Daryl from The Walking Dead)

P: Invent a random AU for any fandom (we always need more ideas).

I'm always a fan of Game of Thrones AUs, what House, or area of Westeros/Essos, would your fave belong to? Would they be high-born or Brothers of the Night's Watch? I love thinking about how other characters would fit into the ASOIAF world

Q: A ship you’ve abandoned and why.

I don't think I have ever completely abandoned a ship, even ones that canon ruined or I don't write anymore, most of them I still like and will occasionally come back to. Some ships cause me pain in the end, and I'll need to put them away for a long while, but they're always there if I need them

R: A pairing you ship that you don’t think anyone else ships.
Even with my rarest pair I've been able to find a least a couple other fans who also ship them. I've been watching Lost recently, and I ship Sayid/Danielle, there is hardly any fanworks for the pairing, but by mentioning it to others on internet, I have found a few other Sayid/Danielle shippers out there

S: What's a headcanon you have?

That Sam/Rowena spent way more time together than what was shown in canon, because in season 15 we learn Rowena's been teaching Sam magic, like how to make hex bags, but those things were never shown on screen

M/M - Cas/Sam, Adm/Michael, Archie/Munroe, Jack/Sawyer
F/F - Abby/Raven, Dany/Yara, Crusher/Troi

Sam/Rowena, Abby/Kane, Daryl/Carol, Jorah/Dany, Tom/Sierra, Storm/Wolverine, Janeway/Chakotay, Jaime/Brienne, Joyce/Hopper, Uhura/Scotty (and many others)

Sam/Cas/Dean - I been reading a lot of this lately and it really depends on the author, sometimes the way an author writes them makes you think wow this pairing really makes sense, and other times it's a hot mess
Abby/Kane/Diyoza - really loved the idea of this during, and just after, season 5
Kirk/Spock/McCoy - the classic
Jorah/Dany/Yara - I love the idea of this, but there is very little in the way of fanworks

I like Wincest, its not my OTP and I don't want it in canon, but I enjoy the fic. However, I would be careful who I said that to, because there are some fans, especially Destiel fans, that would rip you to shreds for admitting that

I agree that Sam and Rowena spent a lot more time together than we saw. It just makes sense. I think their time spent together was a large part of her becoming a better person.

You like Sam/Cas too! (AH! I just remembered I owe you a fic!)

I can't do any Cas/Dean in any form because of how emotionally abusive Dean has been to Cas on the show.

Mulder/Scully was one of my first ships, but I was also a really young teen. Looking back I see that it was handled so badly and was a blatant ratings grab.

I do like Cas/Sam, for the past couple of weeks I've kind of fell down this Sastiel hole where I'm reading all this fic, I kind of love how soft all the fic writers make them together. I completely understand not liking Dean/Cas, I'm not a Destiel fan, but I do like the triad sometimes, especially if you have Sam there being a barrier or a calming influence between the two.

I don't fault anyone for shipping Mulder/Scully, after all it was the original "ship", but it just never really appealed to me, I preferred them as partners and friends. Sometimes you just don't know why you don't ship something, it just doesn't speak to you, for whatever reason.
