Which TV shows did you start watching in 2019?
Lost, Good Omens, La Casa de Papel (s1-2), Supernatural (kind of, I watched all the seasons I had missed over the years and rewatched the early seasons because it had been so long I had forgotten a bunch of stuff)
Which TV shows did you let go of in 2019?
The 100, this one hurt because I loved the characters so much, but season 6 was just a trash fire, plus they killed off my favourite characters. Also, The Walking Dead, again not a lot of characters left that I really love, although, I do still watch the recent Daryl/Carol scenes on Youtube, because I still love them, even without context
Which TV show impressed you least in 2019?
Game of Thrones, I didn't completely hate it, there were some parts I did like, but overall it was very rushed, and a lot of characters being handed the idiot ball in order to move the plot along. Also, The 100, see my answer above
Which TV show do you think you might let go of in 2020 unless things significantly improve?
I can't think of anything right now, I will be forced to give up Supernatural, because it is the last season :(
Your main fandom of the year?
I think it was pretty evenly split between, Game of Thrones, so much discussion and fix-it fic read, and Supernatural, which I'm a little sad about getting into so late, but I am really enjoying it

I can't stick with a show if I don't love the lead character(s). They're rarely my number one, and instead my number 2 or 3, but they have to be up there. It's easier with big ensembles like GOT (where I never cared much for Jon's storylines) or The 100, but still. One of the main reasons s2 bored me so much was because it felt even more Clarke-centric than s1, and I did not care for it, for example.

I understand not being able to watch a show if you can't stand one of the main protagonists, I wish I could tell you to just ignore Clarke, but she remains a pretty central focus for most of the series, although Raven gets a pretty big story arc in season 3-4, and Murphy gets his own story, as well as a pretty good ship in Murphy/Emori. If you fast forwarded through the Clarke scenes I don't know if the rest of the story would make sense, unlike GOT where you can just skip over the scenes at The Wall and you can still follow everything else that is going on in King's Landing, The Riverlands, etc.
